Shipping:

I use USPS and orders typically ship within 1-5 business days.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Refunds:

Are evaluated on a case by case basis.

Custom orders can’t be refunded

If an item is approved for a refund, only the cost of the item will be referred, not the shipping cost.

If a refund is given, the item must be returned to me. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost to return the item.

No refund will be give after 5 days of receiving the item.

Cancellations:

Once a “ready to ship” item has been dropped off at USPS it can not be canceled

A custom order can not be canceled once the process has started. (Special fabrics ordered, etc).
